Based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, we provide SMEs with uncomplicated HR, from onboarding to offboarding and everything HR in between.
We provide HR fundamentals, ensuring you have everything in place for compliance such as bespoke policies and procedures and contracts of employment. We’ll build the processes to manage your onboarding through to offboarding, so things run smoothly. If you have a change project, we are your HR project change leader whether that be designing a new performance management journey or leading organisational change including redundancy. And to ensure that you have leaders who are confident managing and leading their teams, we build manager training and offer 121 coaching.

Emma and I worked together for over 6 years in a variety of different roles, mostly whilst I was Director of Human Resources, UK. It was a challenging time period, involving extensive change, as we grew our UK footprint and transformed organisational structures and employee experience. Notable within this period was restructuring, site openings/closures and multiple TUPE transfers, alongside two major HR systems implementations.
